I had several conversations with Myhomepharmacy.com and they have MADE ALL THINGS RIGHT. Thank You.

As part of our general patrol on the Internet, from this site to the BBB, we do everything we can to maintain a quality reputation. We are responding to this complaint, again, not to fuel a fire, but, to accomodate this website, so no claim goes unaswered.

If you read all of the above information thoroughly, it may become confusing. The confusing part would probably begin with our company's rebuttal that we refunded Mr. Reisbig all of his advertising dollars that were spent. All of them. Despite the fact that our money was spent on this fulfillment, despite that his credit card sided with us on numerous occasions and agree that we had provided everthing that had been purchased. Once again, without provocation, we gracefully refunded and took a loss to appease Mr. Reisbig, regardless of the fact that this complaint was already published. Some may take the notion that there is not much sense in refunding a customer if he is shouting and lying and raving and there is nothing that can be done to rectify this. The question: Do you refund even if he continues to cause you harm and damage? Even though the consumer continues to commit a deformation on the integrity of our company and industry? Even though the confusions of an unstable individual remain posted on the Internet? What is the gain in refunding? Where is the gain when the company experiecnes a loss? As a company this becomes an ethical question. Our ethics stood out, brighter than the financial loss. So we refunded, even under stressful circumstances.

Now, even though the family thanks us, even though we have done our part, our part in giving back, to those who just don't understand, even though we have concluded all that we thought needed to be done. Again, someone has let this customer at a computer and he is at it again. So again, we plea our case. We have already done all that can be done. The customer of instabilty is conflicatory in his claims of a his website not being custom, yet, it still is on the web, bearing his name. We regrett the disomfort that this brings to the family, with all this nonsense going on. But, we cannot ignore a complaint. No matter how many times it is resolved. (SCAM, SCAM, SCAM). So after see this letter (below) I contacted the Law Offices of Nancy D. Petersen P.L.C. to have a demand letter sent to them for the rest of my money. $995.00 that was for a website, (a mock website that is use by all, not one of a kind. One that the company uses for all persons that sign up for their SCAM business opportunity. THEY DID NOT CUSTUM BUILD OR DEVELOPE A WEB SITE FOR ME. If in fact they did design one for me I would have control of the web site and have a control panel that I could access to change and add htlm codes too, and the software to go with this website. Keep in mind, a respectable company that is promote an honest business opportunity on the internet would refund the money back if you we're dissatisfied with the services provided with no questions if you requested a refund of your money within a 30 day period. That I did. Within two weeks I saw I was being scammed and I requested my money be refunded. So far they HAVE NOT RESPONDED to the demand letter my attorney has sent to them.

Our company sells and develops systems management software and clients come to us to purchase the custom developed online e-commerce stores. Mr. Reisbig received his e-commerce store along with the additional advertising he purchased at the time of sale.

Mr. Larry Reisbig is still upset because he has not been issued a full refund. Guaranteed Advertising does not issue refunds on software. No one is allowed to return Windows to Office Max, because you can copy it. Same with the website, once it is built with your name on it, there is nothing to prevent the client from making a thousand copies.

This is the first response that we have had to issue in regards to any of our customers. Without looking through any files this customer is easily itdentifiable.

Some of what has been accounted is true, however, there are conclusions which have been omitted. After numerous letters and correspondence with Discover, for the second time, the company rejected this clients claims and ruled in our favor. That part was omitted.

Second, on top of all of the trouble and confusion, our company in an effort to mend relationships, and sustain an impecable reputation refunded all monies spent on advertising. We did not have to do this, as Discover had closed the issue, we merely attempted to propogate good will and service with all of our clients (happy and not happy).

Without trying to be cliche, we have done all we can do regarding this matter, and have recommended to the client's family that outside couseling or medication may help the situation.

After seeing no activity from the advertising campaign and not being able to find my web page on any of the search engines that if paid for and having problems when I'd call to get questions answered (they would be busy with someone else or if I would leave a message they would never call back) I cancel payments. I was seeing no proof of any advertising being done to attract traffic to my web page , and I do not invest in air. At one of the times that I was able to talk to the manager, he told me that I didn't have to or see how the advertising was working, that that was their job. I need to see how things work, I need proof, not from their invoices that THEY have made out. I just don't give somebody that type of moneys and put that type of faith in someone, just to be keep in the dark. One of my question was why couldn't I find my web page on any of the search engines that they were to have registered on, I also what proof of this from the search engines not for an invoice that this company has charge me for. They also told me that with this package I could also change my domain name to what ever name I'd like (bestmeds4less.com), which they did, this was in the package for the engines and tags that people could go to any search engine and type in a key word that would bring my web page up in the search. My web page is no were to be find on any search engine.
Aslo why my control panels {affiliates) that tells me when someone clicks on or makes a purchase form my web page was not showing any active even though their advertising show activity on their panel, but staying the same from day one. The advertising control panel shows 14 clicks, but my affiliates control panels don't show any activity. It looks to me like their guaranteed advertising is not doing any good to bring people to the web page they promised.

On 03/17/04 I call Guaritt (the person I was to contact if I had any questions) When I confronted him with these question he said that he would have the manager call me. That never happened and the weekend came.

On 03/22/04 we had to go to Wichita, Ks. and got back on the morning of 03/ 26/04. I downloaded my accounts Quicken, Discover, ect., and seen that the charges where back on my credit card. So I call Discover up and was told I would have to call the business up and talk to them. So I did, and got a hold of the secretary who told me there was nobody that could come to the phone (that they were all busy) and she would have someone call me back, but I kept insisting on talking to someone at that point.

After being on the telephone with her about 5-10 min. she got the manager on the phone. He told me since he had to reversed the changes back to my account that I would have to pay and the advertising was working which to this date I don't see. And since I canceled and he had to reverse the charges back, they were not gone to help in the advertising of the business. His words were, What! You expect me to help you now? and that I was interrupting a meeting he was having with 12 other people and was not will to answer any questions or to come to any agreement. That was the purpose of my investment to receive the help I needed on this internet business. I asked him then to send me an email with the control panel locations of the affiliates I had deleted from my computer after disputing the charges. I also call Guaritt up and he told me that they had taken the files away from him, that he was no longer assigned to help me advertise my website, he said at that time that he was busy and he would call me back. Neither one has called me back!!!! Although I have found all but one of the affiliates control panels, they are the same as day one.
