The internet site myhorseracing.com doesn't pay all bets its system accepts.
They dance you around, accuse you of manipulating their system, and close you out without paying all winning wagers.
I have reported them to our Attorney General Eliot Spitzer.
I am also filing complaints in every state they do business.
Protect yourself stay away from these offshore welshers.

There are some great LEGAL sites, such as ExpressBet, TVG, and YouBet, and I have never had any trouble collecting winnings or making deposits. You always take a huge chance when going offshore.
