Myhotmercedes.com company sends broken parts more than 2 weeks after payment Minneapolis Minnesota
After more than 2 weeks after payment for 4 Mercedes headlights they finally arrived . ALL PARTS were broken. Some had the broken pieces in the box, some must have been broken even before they were sent out.
The company wants me to send the broken parts back. That's another $26 for sending, and it's just guessing when and or they will send me parts that are NOT broken a.s.a.p. For now I can only say that this company has very poor customer service. Although they promised to pay me for the cost of sending it back, I haven't heard from them after I sent them pictures from the broken parts.

MYhotmercedes .com did send us new lights, and this time only one light was damaged. Because we didn't want to go through the whole ordeal -returning items, waiting for reimbursement and new light- we choose to glue the broken part and keep the items. The money for returning the items to Myhotmercedes were indeed reimbursed to our visa account. I would suggest to Myhotmercedes.com that they pay more attention on how they box the items to ship them out. The boxes we received were torn and did NOT have a FRAGILE sticker on them
