This company put charges on my phone bill for $14.95 listed as ENHANCED SERVICES. They charged us last month for the same amount, but my wife didn't notice it on the bill.

I called the phone company first to ask them what these charges were and they said that they don't show up in there system other than enhanced services and I would have to call this company for reimbursement of the charges.

I called the company and was on hold for about 15 minutes before someone finally answered. When they came on the phone the girl "Missy" told me that they would not be able to refund my money because it was services that I had ordered. I assured her that I had not ordered this service and that they would be taken off.

Missy told me "that there would be no way for them to be taken off." I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that she would not be able to take them off either and it would take 15 to 30 minutes to be connected with her would I still like to wait?

I said yes and when I finally got to speak with "Tawny" the supervisor (about 10 minutes later) is when she informed me also that I would not be able to receive a full refund, but that I would get back the last $14.95 that was charged to my phone bill. She said that I would not see the refund on my bill for 2 to 3 months. I guess we'll see.
