MyLife.com hides a Automatic Subscription Renewal as the default on your account. They do NOT inform you when you are approaching this renewal date and then they process the charge for the renewal at 3AM.


I called them at 8AM, Pacific Time, today to put a halt to the charge they made 5 HOURS earlier, they state they will NOT issue a full refund of $60 but will downgrade my subscription and issue a partial refund of $42.00 within 7-10 business days. Their listed business hours begin at 6AM, Pacific Time, but obviously they are stealing money in the dark of night.


Please check your account NOW if you choose to do business with them and make the neccessary changes so this does not happen to you!


If you use PayPal to pay for a subscription you will also need to contact PayPal and cancel the automatic renewal EVEN IF you already cancelled the auto renewal on your MyLife.com account.
