MyLiveChat Cutesoft Components Inc Would not stop charging me for months, even after cancelling the service ON Aurora

I cancelled this service in December 2021.

I got a notice in January that I was about to be charged again. I got on their chat service and they said that I would not be charged as long as I had cancelled.

I got charged anyways. I tried to call the number on the email that was sent but the number went to somebody who said they weren't with this company.

I sent emails without reply.

I couldn't log in to the account anymore because it was cancelled, or I would have changed the credit card number on file to something that wouldn't go through.

Never, ever, get stuck in this quicksand by using this company!
