Complaint Review: MyMaxSavingsClub.com

MyMaxSavingsClub.com http://www.coupontravelshop.com/ The company lures you in with the promise of $100 gas free and cancellation even after getting $100. The gas saving is not easy to get. They then switch up and tell you that the $100 will be broken Internet

The supervisor Holly #9438 had no support of the customer.  She was told that a link wasn't working and I gave her link but she wouldn't try it and just brushed it off to my account being cancelled.  The website mymaxsavingsclub changes and the hook is the $100 gas free and you can cancel within 2 week trial.  After asking after purchase, I am told a different story that I have to send in forms to get vouchers for $10 each that will be delivered to me ONE at a time AFTER 3-4 weeks.  The rebate forms look undetailed and everything about this business screams scam.  DO NOT accept the $1.95 processing fee. That $1.95 is the scam.  They want to hook you and charge you monthly but make it difficult to actually get any savings.

The INITIAL email welcoming you linking to coupontravelshop.com doesn't even work!

It actually sounds like there might have been some technical difficulties with the site. Last year, I called customer service VERY upset when the link to mymaxsavingsclub.com wasn't working. There was no answer to my issue then. I called back a day later with half a mind to cancel, and actually discovered they had a working temporary link, and quite a few people had complained of the issue by then. And as for the link not working if your purchase was cancelled, it would make sense that you wouldn't be provided the link to the site without a membership. But that is really terrible, Holly should have been more helpful.

The rebate forms do look undetailed, and that is because you can use them for any purchases you make, which is what makes the programs AWESOME. And the "gift voucher" a little disappointing, except...who spends $100 in gas in one go? Best method of use, gather your reciepts early on, and just attach them to the rebate forms as they come in. They have to be honored by the PURCHASE DATE. I actually lost out on $10 for my walmart voucher and $20 for my gas...So was the loss terrible? No, because I only spent $3.90 for the trial, so the gift was well worth it. It is really easy to get the savings. I do. I save $120 easilly, by doing everything I already do. The only way you wouldn't see the savings is by NOT using the coupons or rebates available through the site...

This company is not a scam!!! I save $200 a month on these sites.  If you guys would actually pursue the membership, you would reap the benefits of the websites and savings clubs.  I DID recieve my Gas Voucher & I save 10% on everthing I spend at wal mart, target, best buy, cvs, & walgreens; prescriptions and other purchases. U guys try the "free trial" and get pissed when u dont get the full benefits.  Its your fault for being such a cheap BUTT!!! OH NO!!!! NOT $3.90 CHARGED TO MY CARD!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! haha! Maybe thats why u guys are so upset, because your too broke and flip out over $3.90. Thats less than a pack of cigarettes, Less that a beer at your local bar or liquor store.

If you guys would quit searching for "FREE STUFF" online, maybe you wouldn't be so upset when u have to pay for excellent services.
