To Whom It May Concern:

You are hereby notified under the provisions of Public Laws 95-109 and 99-361, also known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, that your services are not desired.

1. You and our organization must CEASE & DESIST all attempts to collect the above debt. Do not call me by your automated system, collection persons, or by any other means.

2. The balance you stated to me of $318.60 is not valid much less accurate for I have never had an account with MyPerfectCredit.com. I did utilize their services for their free credit report a year ago and immediately cancelled the service.

3. I did send them a cancellation notice within 5 days of receiving their services when I saw their services were not free. I am attaching a copy of the original document faxed on 8/29/04 to MyPerfectCredit.com. This same document was faxed on July 21, 2005 to your fax number listed above at 1st Credit of America. However, I continue to receive calls daily and you do not acknowledge receiving this documentation, nor do you return my calls to you.

4. I am also including an e-mail (tracking #10250-28253) where MyPerfectCredit did charge and then refund on February 7, 2005 to my bank account a $30.00 and a $35.00 charge (total of $65.00) indicating their acknowledgement of the cancellation of my account. MyPerfectCredit has never called me, e-mailed me, or tried to reach me in any way regarding any other charges. Again, the $318.60 charge is bogus.

5. Let this letter also serve as a warning that I am telephone-recording all telephone conversations that we may have in the future, should you disregard this notice.

6. If any negative information is placed on my credit bureau reports by your agency after receipt of this notice, this will cause me to file suit against you and your organization, both personally and corporately, to seek any and all legal remedies available to me by law.

Finally, since it is my policy neither to recognize nor deal with collection agencies, I intend to settle this erroneous matter with MyPerfectCredit.com.
