Complaint Review: Myperfectcredit.com

Myperfectcredit.com; clearcredit.com Ripoff stole money out of my bank account, won't return calls Internet

I found 2 charges for $9.95 each, taken out of my checking account over the past 6 weeks, from myperfectcredit.com. I tried to get this resolved over the phone, but they said it has to go to the next level and there was nobody at level one that could help me. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor or level 2 person, I was told I couldn't be connected but somebody would call withing 24 hours. It never happened.

I was able to speak with a person 2 times after that, but could never get an answer from anybody. It's been weeks now and I have tried to no avail to resolve this situation. Now, if I attempt to call them, the computer system on their phone puts me in a loop - unable to speak with a person, always telling me to log onto their website. Now, When I try to contact them via the website, www.clearcredit.com, a message comes up stating there is an error message and that the page cannot be displayed, etc. I filed a complaint with the BBB and also sent a letter to the attorney general. I am contacting my bank tomorrow to make them aware of what happened to prevent any more money being taken from my account. I don't know what other steps to take from here. I am just thankful the money they stole was only $20. However, I need to make sure that amount doesn't go up from here.
