MyPlay Direct Makes False Promises With No Explanations New York New York

I Pre-ordered the new TV On The Radio Album Seeds on September 5th for $184.97 which included the following items: Seeds AUTOGRAPHED Vinyl + CD + Digital Album + Fold-out Lithograph + Button. The website clearly stated that this selection was still in stock. On November 14th I received an email that there would be a delay in the shipping of my pre-order, but it did not give me a specific date.

 MyPlayDirect never contacted me to apologize for the delay or to give me the real reason why there was a delay in shipping; MyPlay Direct never had the items the entire time and never notified me. I sent several emails(there is no way to contact the company on the phone) to get a straight answer. I finally recieved a response today, 12/8/14, that the item is no longer available in their inventory. 

 MyPlay Direct have handled this extremely poorly. I made a pre-order in September of 2014 and they promised the items would be shipped in November of 2014. Here we are in December of 2014 and not only have I not received the items that they confirmed would be shipped to me, but they don't even have the inventory that they told consumers was still available. All that I can say is this company is dishonest and communicates very poorly with it's consumers. I hope other musical artists do not work this unprofessional company.
