I have had this problem with mypoints.com before. They never want to fulfill they side of the agreement. They owe me a $10 BP gift card but keep making excuses as to why I haven't recived it. Its been over 2 months since the said they sent it out, but I never recieved it, They keep saying its "being investgatied" and then say "sorry" but we can not be responsible for lost mail". They have to have some kind of a tracing system on these gift cards, but claim they don't. I am sick of being riped off by them!
