Buyers beware! I placed my order via amazon.com to have the pool center sent to my home in Florida.  I have a copy of the email of what I order.  When I got to Florida after 30 days to open the filter I recieved the completely wrong item. Justin who works at the company said he has full control over returns and can refuse anything he wants.  He said to file any complaint he does not have to work with the customer at all. 

Mypoolyard.com is dishonest, rude and deceitful company! I contacted the company because I received the wrong order.  The person I spoke with Justin who refused to work with me stating I ordered the wrong part and he had full right to refuse a return.  He would not allow me to ask questions without interrupting and oversepaking what I was trying to say.  He repeately said, "It did not matter," and "he did not care".  Justin said if I returned the product I would be charged at least a 15% restocking fee, but refused to even confirm how much a refund he would give me. When I said so I will be charges a 15% restocking fee he said "at least," I really do not have to help you at all. 

I was refused the right to be emailed his return policy because he just rudely kept interupting like a broken record "It does not matter, I can do whatever I want," and "he did not care."
