Complaint Review: Myrest.com

The product I ordered was over due. I contacted business and was told product was shipped in reasonable time. I stated that I was going to return product when it arrived. Received e-mail back that the item was non-returnable. This information was not stated in sales agreement. Found this information three screens deep on another part of web site. The person I was corresponding with refused to give their name after asking twice. Also told that because order was placed on the weekend, it extended shipment date. This is not noted on web order form. They were rude and I feel fraudulently used return policies by not making them readily available to the customer. I have had not success with the Better Business Bureau in Western Flordia. They took the companies response as THE word. I too am a dissatisfied customer with a big mouth!
