Myrka Gonzalez has abused my children beyond belief. I spoke to an attorney who has known Myrka for over twenty five years and he said she is a lousy attorney, and she only get work though the court, she is a butt kisser for the judges! If you are a perfect person and the Judge dis likes you, and wants to make your life miserable he will, and Myrka will side with the Judge! She aided my Ex wife in skipping the state of New York, and I was called by my ex wife Mariane Lynda J and I was told my son passed away! I called Myrka, and so did my other children and Myrka told my children not to call her or she will have them arrested! How dare you tell children that? Write me and I will provide you with all the proof that my ex wife Mariane Lynda Jensen is a compulsive liar! I will also provide you with her porn that she has done in the past! Mariane also kid napped her past husband Alan Bruce Berk's children as she has done with our son David. She is a repeat offender! I am the mother who is accused of kidnapping a child in this report, as well as supposedly calling and telling this man that our son passed away. I can absolutely state that no such phone call was made and the child in question is doing very well, he's a happy boy who deserves to be just that.

Myrka Gonzales was without a doubt completely looking into the best interests of the child she was requested by the courts to look after. She is a good law guardian however this report was filed by an irrational person who prefers to blame her as well as anyone else he can to avoid looking at his own actions.

If you are considering hiring Mrs. Gonzales feel free to contact me and I will confirm that she was impartial, and did what she believed was right. I didn't agree with her on every single thing however I know she did the best she could for the child whether she and I agreed or not.

Please don't let this report sway you, for she doesn't deserve it. If anything it proves that she does NOT sway to the opinions of anyone and does what she feels is right.

Just to be clear, our custody issues are no longer in the state of NY and she can not be assigned as the Law Guardian for my son any longer. I have no reason to post this except for the fact that I believe she is a good, honorable person who should not have anyone's opinions of her swayed by the actions of a man who refuses to look at his own actions and prefers to blame others for the consequences of his own actions.
