Complaint Review: Myron Lieberman/ cominc.com

I purchased an adult website from Myron Lieberman whose company info@www.cominc.com, promised me a money making website, which would generate me a very nice income. They charged me $5000.00 for this site, and I was told it was being created. After a few weeks, I never did hear anything from Lieberman, or anyone from the company. My site was never created, and Lieberman finally did contact me stating that the company had disolved, and were not able to fulfill their obligation to the website investors.

I then inquired about getting my $5000.00 refunded. Lieberman was quite evasive about this, but requested that he be allowed to reimburse me $500.00 a month until the balance was paid in full. Lieberman did send me one payment of $500.00, but that was all. When I contacted him requesting the remaining $4500.00 still owed to me, he claims that his company has no money, and that he cannot pay it back.

However, when I'm able to correspond with Lieberman, he constantly tells me he is working on some new project that he hopes will generate funds so he could pay back all of the website investors that he screwed over. He would never give me a clear answer as to where my $5000.00 went. It's probably paying for all of these projects he working on now.

When I originally signed up for a website, I had spoken to a man named Harvey, who stated that he worked for Lieberman. Harvey said that Lieberman's adult website business had many investors that made a great sum of money, and that the sites had been operating for approx. 2 years. This is an "ABSOLUTE" lie!!!!!!!! This adult website business never started, and all that Lieberman did was con, deceive, lie, and steal the money of hardworking people like myself for his own financial gain.
