myscore myscore.com will not refund fee Internet
On march the 10th 2016, I paid a few dollars to pull a credit report. The service had a 7 day free trail provision. I missed that window by 1 day. I called and was told that I would recive a refund of $29.95 that was charged. Since then, I call every few weeks and are told the same story that "Its being pushed and I should look at my account in 5 days". This has been going on since March. About 6 weeks ago, I was transfered to the Escalation Dept, spoke to supervisor #40972. Each time I call, I am given a new representative number but you can not request to be transfered to that representative when you ask them to(based on the number(s) provided).

I read on rip off report that 855-421-9615 was their manager number and I called it.
I got a refund when I call it right away, like immediately.
You should call it too. I think it has worked for other people on rip off report because I read here that tha=ey used it and it worked. You deserve your money back!
