Myspace Poor customer service San Jose California, Internet
On December 5, 2006 my myspace account was apparently hacked. I wrote six emails to there customer service. I get meaningless responses like "make sure you are usng the correct user id and password".
They tell me to use the password recovery option but as I have explained to them I also am unable to access that email address.
Just becasue it is a free service does not mean a person should expect some level of customer service. In the meantime, a stranger is probably spamming my friends list.

Since you don't have access to the email account that is on your myspace account, there isn't really a way to authenticate yourself to them. Again, it is always good to keep email addresses updated with sites you have accounts with for this reason. At this point you probably just have to create a new account with your current working email address.
