Mystery Method - Love Systems Nicholas Benedict, Nick Savoy Fake Refund Policy Scam Beware! Los Angeles, California
I signed up for this company's Bootcamps-( these are supposed to be live seminars where instructors teach you "the art of seduction"=absolute crap) because at the time I believed them to be legitimate. The second reason I wanted to go ahead with this was because I also knew( thought I knew) that they would definitely give me a refund if things did not work out.
Everywhere on their site, and on their forums, there are one-to-two sentence excerpts stating that there is a "100% customer refund if the customer is not satisfied." The other users and customers on the website also have a lot of positive reviews and agree that they could get their money back if they wanted to. So I asked, the representative on the phone, Jeremy Lubin, if I could get a refund if I wasn't satisfied or could not make it. He said definitely.
I had to make sure, because I was paying a few months in advance and I may have some mandatory college programs to attend to on the same date. But a month later I fin out how big a scam the company is. It seems most of their reviews are either done by moderators or they are paid to do it. They only have one review on each product/program. There are also no negative posts on the company, because they moderate it either by deleting the user and or the comment.
I have proof of the last statement because I know someone who posted a unsatisfactory review and it was deleted. They even prevent from "actual previous" customers from contacting new would-be's through PM's. Gee. I wonder why. Anyone considering this company should check out puahate.com
After all this had been done I really did not want to attend this company's seminar, because I hate their moral character, and would not be able to use their program knowing this about them. And it is not like their programs are worth mentioning either, as I said before, they just goof off and teach you the basics that you already know. I had a friend tell me that he was worse off after taking the bootcamp. So I am sorry if I do not want to attend their stupid bootcamp coming on August 17-18.
When I asked for a refund they then direct me to their terms and conditions page, where it says on one section: that a person cannot ask for any refunds unless they attend all aspects of the program. But believe me, when I talked to the representative, no one had told me about this. For those reading this, if a customer is already unsatisfied with your company( for whatever reason) and wants a refund, why would you also force them to use your service, if you have a 100% refund policy?
I'll tell you why, because they do not refund you! I know a lot of users who have asked for a refund, and none of them have got it back. So it does not matter if you attend the program or not, I just figured that out. So I don't want to waste my time or ignore my mandatory college program.
They also say in other section of their terms that if a person has any reason for dissatisfaction the company will take care of them. This is 100% false. I have two reasons for dissatisfaction, one the company not offering me anything worthwhile, and two my inability to attend the program I paid for.
Overall this company uses any and all forms of tactics, from step one to step 100 to attack a customer at any stage of the process, whether they are browsing the forums, have paid for the product, have went to the seminar, or they are a one year old customer.
Note: Even if the owner agrees to pay a refund, please note that he is notorious for doing this, but never actually returns the money he stole. But if he is truly interested in giving me a refund, then let him post a response and agree to pay me back. Then I will give him a call, and maybe this time he will actually pick up instead of ignoring me. If the company gives me a full refund, rest assured I will update that information here, but if the company continues its shady policies, then I will update that information as well.
