Lesson learned: What sounds too good to be true, is. What better deal than $299 for 2 round trip tickets to anywhere in the world? Don't fall for it. Mystical Vacations (or whatever they decide to call themselves) is a HUGE scam!!!

I, and a few of my coworkers (not to mention all of the other people we have been in contact with all over the place) have all be ripped off by this company. I put in my request for a refund over 6 weeks ago and nothing. I even sent my brother to their so-called office in Pheonix to see if he could help me resolve things. There was no one there except for a woman who takes messages and receives mail.

I had been told by "customer service specialists" of the company that they could not put me in contact with their "travel agents" because they were in a different office in AZ. BIG LIE! If you have been ripped off by Mystical Vacations or know someone who has, ask them to file a report with the Consumer Protection Agency and with the FBI.

Here in Utah, we have met with an FBI agent who has encouraged us to do all that we can to show that people in various states have been impacted. File your complaints and do whatever is in your power to keep this company from ripping off more people!!!
