myturtlestore Lied and ignored me. Florida
I ordered food for my tortoise,ups lost my package.They found it a week later and ingot it,they are going to refund me the 2 day shipping I paid but they said that myturtlestore.com had to request it from them. They then would refund the store then the store is super refund me,makes no sense but that's how they said they do it. Well I have emailed them several times all week,I get no response just ignored.Theu finally gave me a guy name Robert to email and I have emailed twice and hears nothing back.So they are blowing me off and I will never order another thing from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
