Myunlimitedld.com keeps charging my checking account when account was canceled Fort Worth texas
I canceled with this company on 4/09. they keep debting my account. when I called they issisted that I never sent the e-mail. when I e-mailed again ( which I sent several times)they called me. I tolde them I sent an e-mail he said he never received it. I resent the e-mail and he insited that I put in another date that I sent it. he was very rude and hung up on me. they keep depting my account and the result of this. is I have to canceling my checking account. I called him back again and I said, I want to speak to your supervisor and he said he was the owner of the bussiness. he kept laughing and hanging up on me, I told him I was going to report him the the better business bureau and he said go ahead. is this any was to treat a customer . are there any orther people dealing with this company and having problem?
