I placed an online order with this company on 22June..my second order. The first order went thru just fine. My sister in law has used this company for almost 3 years..orders about every month....BUT... when I placed my order on 22June...and it is now 2July and no reply or product I began calling the company. Called 6 times in 3 days..emailed their "customer service"..tried to fax..but the fax would not go thru. Finally called using the menu item for "placing a new order" thinking they would surely pick up the phone for a new order...but NOT! I tried again..this time a guy answered..I said " OH..you are still open for business...I was beginning to wonder..." He hung up on me. So, the good thing is they did not charge my credit card..and I will dispute the charges if they try... So, Do NOT USE this company if you want a product...because you will never get it. They will be out of business shortly anyway...so you won't be able to reorder. So, do yourself a huge favor..and go elsewhere...find a company that needs and wants the business and offers a true service you can count on. Evidently the owner of this company doesn't care about his reputation among his friends..how embarassing to own a company that rips people off and is such a joke to so many people. There are complaints all over the web about this company...Buyer Beware!
