I received a phone call in December, offering a credit card with a one time charge of $299.00, for a $2000.00 limit card. Don't know why I agreed to this, but I did.

On January 5th and e-check was deducted from my credit union account. I spoke with the company on that day and tried to stop the process at that point and was told that I was too late. I also let them know that I did not want or need their credit card, and was told that I would have 21 days to change my mind after the card arrived, and then I could get my money back.

I have made several inquiries as to where my money or the card, promised, were. I have been given several different answers, "Your money did not clear until the 12th of this month, the card will be there in 20 days and finally today when I spoke with a Mr. Daniel Lewis, he stated that yes I had been actually ripped off, and laughed as I broke down in tears. "

I am a widow who works nights to earn a living and I do not have money to throw away and neither do I appreciate being mocked by a company that is supposed to offer me a service.
