Nusrat (Brian) Hasan is the owner of MyWorldPhone.com.  Mr. Hasan resides in New York.  This Company has two locations (Jamaica, New York and New York, New York).

I paid with Visa Credit Card through the company website a total of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT AND 00/100 (DOLLARS).  Mr. Hasan's Company charged me the price of the damaged phone, plus charged me a separate fee for insurance coverage, which I absolutely knew nothing about.

After I received the cell phone (which was delivered by UPS), and only had it in my possession a day, I decided to charge the phone and use it.  Then the phone would not work, and I tried calling this company.  Their phone lines are busy and it is very difficult to get through.  I finally received the email of Mr. Brian Hasan from an employee over the phone.  He recommended that I email him and explain my problem to him.

My spouse and I sell (PrePaid Legal) Legal Shield.  I have been informed by an Attorney-at-Law to contact the FBI, FCC, Attorney General/Consumer Affairs for the State of New York, and the Better Business Bureau in New York, which I plan to do in the near future.

As it stands, Mr. Hasan has my funds of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT AND 00/100 (DOLLARS) and I still remain with the damaged phone in my possession, until I take further action on this case.
