Complaint Review: N.A.C.S. Perferred Merchants Credit Card

This company needs to be put out of business !!!! They are repersenting that I would receive a major bank card. I found some negetive information on the company so I decide not to get their card.
After spending twenty minutes on hold to cancel my request for their card. I was informed by them, they couldn't do that until they had my $200 dollar! The person was rude, to the point that he more or less said we have your bank account number and we will get your money, just try an get it back !!!!
