N.A.C.S ripoff Kept my $200 when I cancelled membership even before I got the card ripoff fraud business St Petersburgh Florida
This company is a joke. I called to cancel the card and wanted my $200.00 back. I never even got anything inthe mail from them. The person I spoke with said he will cancel the card, but I would not receive my $200.00 back. I said I never even received the card yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said he was the supervisor, I then asked to speak to whomever was in charge above him and to transfer me to that person.
He said their phones are not capable of transfering calls. He also said there were no other supervisors there. He said I could call back and talk with someone else. I am calling my bank to hopefully get them to reverse the transaction. They kept my money even though I never received or used the card. What a Rip-Off!!
