I purchased an MP3 player from Amazon along with a 2-Year replacement plan From NewCorp. On the product details it clearly states "If your product breaks, you can return it to us for replacement. We'll prepay the shipping cost. After we receive the broken product, we'll send you a check for the amount you paid, including tax. Then you can order a replacement from Amazon.com. You get one or two years of service protection that begins when the manufacturers labor warranty expires"

When I called to get my MP3 player replaced they sent me a non postage paid label. I called back to request a prepaid shipping label, but they refused to send one. I even tried speaking with a supervisor there.

They falsely advertised the product and are unwiiling to take responsibility for it.
