Complaint Review: N.M.E Premier Home Care

I received a postgram from N.M.E of 16120 US 19 North, Clearwater, FL advising me to call regarding some sweepstakes entry. Only thing is.... I am a newly arrived immigrant to the states, have no credit cards or bank accounts here, have never bought anything online, have never bought any sweepstake tickets and have yet to advise friends and family of my contact address in the usa, yet the scum behind this scam were able to get hold of my contact details.

I did some searching and found the address of this scam is also the address for Premier Home Care Inc... a hospice. I contacted the hospice regarding their address being used by this scam, as surely they would already be aware of this due to returned mail for N.M.E being delivered to them, and the hospice was uninterested and unconcerned about it.
