Complaint Review: N.R.L.L. EAST LLC

The first thing you must realized is if is to good to be true then GOOGLE It...I search the web about this company, found nothing.So bought from them and made a few payments, and then loan was "sold". From Monterey Financial to Concord, but i was not told. I called to make a payment and then they told me it had sold but they could still "take the payment". OK some things not right, how is it that you can take a payment from another company.LOL

I knew something was up so I start looking. So heres the skinning N.R.L.L East AKA Monterey Financial, Concord, incorporated in Nevada, Phoenix, Florida, is pretty Mom & Popish. They can never answer your question or help with the billing mistakes. The N.R.L.L number is a voicemail and no one every gets back to you.

They have been sending my statement to the wrong address and they have the wrong phone on file. I told them that I had updated the billing address and phone number twice. Still it was not updated; I ask the woman what info you have me. She read everything, which was wrong and said the phone number that i was calling from as the phone I gave them. NICE TRY. Because they have the wrong info they are sending docs to someone else also they have said they are going to foreclosed on me because I late. I'm late because im not getting the statements.

Also the so called owners of the company....well lets say there not who they appear to be. Go to SOS FL, SOS NV, SOS AZ and look at them C A R E F U LY..
