Complaint Review: Naani.com

I ordered Naani products three times in 2008 and received only one order. I tried repeatedly to contact them using their available email address, online helpdesk as well as calling, but to no avail! I had stupidly ordered the second time because their site 'was under construction' the first time and I thought perhaps they could not locate my first order. Now since they had sent the second order, I felt comfortable again to order a third time.

Well, Naani.com did it again. Even though all three times I paid through Paypal or 2CO.com, I still can not get my money. They have changed their site several times. This time they have changed the name of their site to 'Grandma's Kitchen Ethnic Hair Resource Online Mall'.

What kind of people are these! How stupid can they be? Isn't it better to keep all these great customers than to try and rip off people? Does Naani.com think they can rip off intenational customers and get away with it? I truly hope that we can find these scum bags soon and bring them to the law so that we can get some justice.
