I was contacted via mail by Mr. William McPhearson, Senior Prize Director of the National Awards Commission in Kansas City, Missouri. I was asked to send a $11.89 to proceed on my behalf. A few days later I was contacted again by the same letter format but this time i was asked to send $ 13.89 procurement fee to secure a MAO delivery and parceling of a crystal pendant suspended from a gold tone 18" chain.

That is a fake lottery / contest , although somewhere in the fine print of that one i'm sure it will say you only won the fake jewelry . You did good by posting it here to save other potential victims . You can give the mail details to the postal fraud inspectors too . For more information on the various lottery scams you can go to scamwarners dot com . Forums and than pick lottery scams .
