I can not believe that I fell for this. I try not to be an idiot and I am out $200.

I got the call and was excited I needed to "fix" my credit. By the end of the day I had changed my mind and even called the number back. I even spoke to a person and told them I had changed my mind and did not want this program and for them not to process my application.

he told me that I was not in the computer and he could not do anything until the next day because if you are not in the system your account can not be seen. He then told me to call back the next day and see if I was in the system and tell them I no longer wanted in the program.

I have been trying to call since this morning, there is no one answering, I get the operator telling me the number is wrong. I called this number yesterday and I spoke to a person now the number is wrong.. I have been had...

.. just to let you know I got most of the money back

Well, just to let you know I got most of the money back, all but the $35 early cancellation fee I can not remember being told about. But at least it is over, I still do not trust these people and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it back. None of the phone calls I made were nice it is sad to say I had to get pushy but that is what it will take to deal with this company. I did email the Attoney General of Florida and complain to them also. Maybe some good will come out of this. I also sent NACS copies of some compliants too. Ever wonder why there is never a fax number attached to anything. I never received anything other than a letter saying my "CARD" would arrive in the near future. I took that letter and sent it back with a nice little note, NOT!!!!! I hope that everything goes the way you want it to and maybe just maybe if enough people complain to the right people something will be done... Thanks RipoffReport.com for listening to my compliants and helping me a little more educated regarding this matter..

Well, I finally got a person on the NACS and guess what. I was told my accoutnwas closed and that no fees would be taken out of my checking account. Well, I check the account this morning and the fees had been deducted. I called and was told it would be seven more days before I could get my money back. When I explained what I was told yesterday she told me that the account was pending and they could not do anything until the seven days were up. I told her that no one there seemed to know what the other was doing and that it seemed to me that they could not find their butts with both hands. It did not get me anywhere but man did I feel better...
