Complaint Review: NADN - Away IRS

I have had the unfortunate luck of purchasing a so called "membership" from this company. I paid $810 and then found out they didn't offer any information that I didn't already know or couldn't find out with a little research.

Then when I tried to cancel within the 30 day trial they offered me a 1/2 of a "Mall for All" website. Huh? What is this, 1/2 of what? After they explained that I would get back around $7500 in my taxes I agreed to accept the offer and it would cost me nothing.

The stipulation was that I would agree to stay on board with NADN and the website was mine. Then I found I would still have to pay the company that operates this website a "modification fee".

It get's better, on January 26th I recieve a call from NADN telling me they no longer can keep their original offer of 1/2 a website and that I would have to shell out another $2600 to purchase a full website in order to recieve any kind of tax creit. My head was ready to explode by this time.

This was just a ploy to use up the time left in the 30 day trial. I have got nothing but the runaround at NADN. Each department is cliaming they do not handle the refunds and I have to talk to another department. WTF.
