Complaint Review: NADN National Audit Defense Network

I too fell victim to these folks. Called numerous times to ask question. Never heard a voice, left on hold, then disconnected. If I did get a voice, when asked how to cancel the person has very inpolite, agrued with me that I couldn't get a return. I asked for proper procedure to request cancellation of member ship.

After given the info asked to fax it. The number of the fax was disconnected. Took another 45 minutes of bouncing around to finally get another voice instead of a recording to get a different fax number. I know that I will not get the correct shipping address nor the call order to return my products to the correct area for reimbursement of my credit card.

The whole package they sent was available from the IRS and searching thru articles and magazines. The cassette were of poor quality and repeated each other from one tape to the other. All I want is my money back and go in peace.
