Complaint Review: NADN - NATIONAL AUDIT DEFENSE NETWORK

I have read some of the disturbing things that have happened to me. I would like to pass on some information. I read a couple of you cannot seem to reach Mr. Glenn Zell. Some people at the NADN even say he does not exist. Well let me pass this one on. He is at 800-292-9477 extension 1187. I cannot guarantee that he will call you back but filling up his answering machine/voice mail is a wonderful thing.

As you see no love lost here. He got on the phone with me and put me on speakerphone to hear my complaint. I tape recorded the conversations and that seemed to upset them a bit. I had proof and they didn't like that. I followed up today and they were supposedly processing my refund check. After reading things here today I am hoping it gets here. I will follow up again on Monday, March 8 and see what is happening. That tape may end up on the CNN reports at this rate. I will keep you posted. Glad I could pass on the location or at least the phone number of Mr. Zell for those of you who need it.
