Complaint Review: NADN NATIONAL AUDIT DEFENSE NETWORK

I have been a member of this organization and have been unable to reach them either by phone when I had questions regarding taxes as they advertise. I become a member in order to serve my clients better. So that if they had problems I would have a resource.

The cost is extreme, but I figured if I was able to contact an expert for any situation that may arrive in regard to tax matters, that would be beneficial. They advertise to send you tax filings and they would review it and advise. When ever I send then one, I got no response and no advise. Either by phone or mail.

Also, there is a hot line that you can call, I have never been able to get through, I always get the same thing, we are on the phone with a client, leave a message and we will return your call. But a return call is never received.

Do not be taken in by anything they say on radio or TV, their service sucks and is none existant. They will also never issue a refund if you're not happy with their service.
