Hello my new friends!

I too fell victim to their devious tax avoidance scheme. Unfortunately, I was even foolish enough to believe this was truly a money-making investment! So far from the truth.

This website truly is internet fraud. It is "modified" for the disabled and can not be accessed by those folks. Oryan Management refuses to cancel contracts unless NADN will refund the money. If I am refunded, they will cancel them.

So, I have a friend that actually got me in contact with the guy who is second in command at NADN. He is the one who makes the decision to not issue refunds because "They haven't done anything wrong. You made a bad decision if you didn't run this as a legitimate home business. If you did, we are willing to try to defend it in tax court." Reading between the lines, amazing how ironic that I'm not running a legitimate business!!

So, after many conversations with the management at Oryan and NADN, I was told these are the options - keep the business and reap all of the benefits (I'm still wondering what those "benefits" are??) negotiate a payoff of the promissory note which will be a little over $1700 and get a 1099 for about $7000, or wait it out for the 8 years to "see if the contracts still exist."

So, I'm taking that to mean that Oryan and NADN need to be in business another 8 years for all of us to be responsible for these. Hmmmm.....Seems two companies need to go down!

So, I've made the report to the IFCCFBI website. I sent a letter to the bankrupcy court, I've reported it to the IRS fraud folks. We need to get the government to deem this as a tax scam and sue NADN for fraudulent sales. We need to get Oryan cited under the ADA modifications. How can we all do this together???

I'm willing to enter into any class action against them - there's power in number. I'm afraid their high paid, smooth talking lawyers will get them out of that too.

My ex-marine husband is currently planning a trip to Vegas. He figures a some scare tactics and collections intimidation might do the trick. If not, he figures at least we had fun for the money we lost!

Chris,

Thank you for all your comments over at my "Rip-off Report".

Chances are that you didn't operate your site any different than NADN's sales person told you. I'm not sure how you promoted your site but I assume that you at least had friends , family and acquaintences coming to your site and word of mouth through them . In addition you must have expected people to arrive through search engines and through "the power of the Internet" as we were lead to believe would happen.

The "Site Controls" that effect your ability to improve web searches were removed in November when Oryan did the site remodel and substitued a "pay-for" optimization package. They thus removed a tool for you to promote your site, probably without your knowlege. It is uncertain what was left in its place if anything other than the "optimization offer". My wife contacted Oryan about this and has been trying to get "Site Controls" reinstated for a while now.

My point is that your mall had a built in internet promotional feature and if you forgot to tell your auditor about that then perhaps you short changed yourself. NADN should have brought this up too. (Oh, yeh they were in it to get your money, I forgot!!!!)

Do you mean to tell me that you have paid for Audit "protection" and they did not lifted a finger to even attempt to Defend you on the mess they created? (Let's all lift a finger to them!!!) That doesn't sound like the "no matter how long it takes to defend you" type speach that the recording says over and over and over... about their prepaid legal when you call NADN for help or response (that you also don't get).

I'm beginning to see a pattern.

Say "Hi" to your ex-Marine and thank him for his service to this country for me.
