I too was lied to regarding the benefits of the Mall for all program. In reading the complaint they have not taken responsibility and admitted guilt to the out right lies they have told all of us.
My guess is they are doing this to hang onto the contracts and file suites individually. Likely we will need a class action law suite of some kind.
