I, too, was given the business by NADN's supposed tax credit MallForAll business. I did not recieve the full tax credit that was promised to me. Nor, was I informed that I was in a tax bracket that would not benefit from this credit.

I also was charge $505.00 for a Tax Preparation fee that I was not advised of. My Invoice indicates that all the money I paid was for the business. NADN said that they would send me a refund of $505.00. To date, I have not received the refund. NADN will not return my calls. Buyer beware!

Received my $505.00 refund today. However, NADN is still not returning my calls re: MallFORALL Business. I prepared my taxes, and could only receive an additional $896.00 in refund $$$$ by applying the ADA credit.

I spoke with a tax preparer at NADN and he said that my income level was too high to receive full benefit. When I asked why I was sold this, he said,"they don't know this down there". Meaning Sales.

So, I paid $2500. for a business that was supposed to increase my refund by over $5000.00. I only got back $896.00. So I am in the red for over $1600.00. Nice!!!!I guess there are no disclosure laws for NADN.

Actually, they can keep the routing number of your bank and account number of your account, but any transfer out of said account must be initiated by the account holder from the specific bank branch.

One thing that may scare you is that with only one more piece of information (your SSN) they have a chance of accessing your account online. If you have an account which offers online banking, and you haven't created a username and password, they can do it in your name...and have full access to your account.

The safest thing you can do right now is have your bank change your account number and (if possible) decline online banking or go ahead and create your username and password (make it a random number, not anything easily cracked) and keep it locked away.

Good luck!

Called Customer Service and spoke with Ian. Said that my refund is showing in computer to be an ACH transfer into my checking Acct. I told him that I paid by check. Hung up and checked my Bank Statements. I did pay by check. Called CS back. Spoke with Jesse. They did have the correct Routing # and Acct. #. I asked how could this be, since I paid by check. He said they took it off the check! Folks, I AM NOT HAPPY that NADN is keeping records of my checking Acct #. Is this legal?
