Complaint Review: NADN

I too fell for the help they offered in getting taxes done. I joined on Feb 14 2003 then got many phones calls wanting more money to do things before I recieved my membership kit.

Before my 30 days were up Mar. 13 2003 I requested a refund was sent the ram # and returned my package. The finnally recieved it April 4th, and them it posted into there system on the 15 of April. I have made many calls to the company and have had to deal with rude people that only say that the refund is in accounting and pending. I have not gotten it yet.

Imageine that ... My letter said the refund would be issused no later than 7 business days after the materials were recieved. This is the longest 7 days I have ever been thru. My membership was for $810.90 and with not getting it back has put us in financiallly trouble also. We too aren't rich so I could sure use the money back and compensation for all of the time spent trying to get the refund. Has a class action lawsuit been filed? Any more thought on how to get this refund before they are out of money.

Also Chris Cotner is one of the meanest, nastiest person I have ever dealt with.
