Complaint Review: Najeeb Gulistani Renovations

Najeeb or Jeeb Gulistani is an awful person who does not respect his clients or their time. My complaint is similar to the original posters`complaint. He just does not care about the state of the clients homes, or how long the job will take.

Like the original poster, I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Najeebs family members working on my home, speaking punjabi to eachother, and taking their sweet-a*s time to get the job done. I was paying by the job, not hourly so I dont understand why they took forever to complete a task. Without joking, it actually took them 10 days to put up 5 pieces of drywall. Sanding took 5 days. LOL

Najeeb was never onsite, always out bidding on other jobs. Therefore there was no supervision or oversight. It was a complete mess and nobody took responsibility. Najeeb passed the buck onto his cousin, who in turn passed it back to Najeeb.

Had I had the chance to do it over again, I would definitely have went with another renovation contractor. Najeeb Gulistani just is not up to the job.
