Nala Grace Bows nalagrace.com Never Recieved my bows Internet
I ordered my bows on Sept 24. It is now 11/18. I was well aware it may take up to 6 weeks to receive my bows. I waited this time frame patiently and when it was up, I emailed the seller to see what was going on. No response. I then found all kinds of people who had been treated the same way! I emailed her again last week, with no response. I finally contacted the 2checkout.com people and hopefully I will get my money back. We will see if I get it back or not! It disgusts me how this lady is treating people! DO NOT ORDER FROM NALA GRACE!!!!

I also ordered my bows the same time you did and also have yet to receive them. I too have made repeated attempts to contact this seller and even tried to file a complaint with the BBB but since she is not running a licensed business there is nothing I can do. I filed a c/o with paypal and they forwarded it to tocheckout who handles payments for Nalagrace they said they would contact the seller and issue me a refund in 1-2weeks. I have yet to see that money and it was over a month ago. I feel your pain and any suggestions you may have please share with me.
