Complaint Review: Nala Grace

Nala Grace never received order, poor communication, no refund, misleading e-mails, sent wrong stuff, spent money on shipping, no refund received, stuffed was used that was sent. Greenville, North Carolina

I found this Nala Grace on craigslist advertising half off on hair bows.  I communicated with her and she was very prompt answering my questions back.  went to her website and placed an order. First order was $29.18 paid with my credit card and second one same day was paid through paypal for $10.49 and this was for our daughter's Birthday beginning of February and she assured me she will mail in a couple of days to be sure I will received it within a couple of weeks for my daughter special day. 

after several days I received a completely wrong order, not one thing I paid for and the items were used seems to me, not new. I wrote her and she didn't answer and wrote again and then she said she was sorry and that someone else must have gotten my order after over a month of trying to figure out what to do she says i can send the items to a certain address she gave me and she will refund shipping. I did that and sent priority (paid for shipping myself $7.90)

so the person can receive their items and I never heard from her again for a few weeks then she said I should e-mail to the person who suppose to send me my items and that person never wrote me back after I e-mailed 4-5 times.  now she is not communicating anymore, tried and she didn't refund any of my money after I asked in several e-mails./ I have not received anything but was mislead to believe this and that for the last 3 months and my daughter is very disapointed and still awaiting for her hair things which  were supose to be a gift.  Just now I figure this out that her website is a scam and many out there didn't received their order.  I need to get all my money back.

Just  WHO are you?

You keep telling people to contact this "Amy" person because she took care of you, but then on other posts you act as if you are the amy person and that you gave them a refund and "extra goodies".

Whats going on?  Are you a Shill?

Adina, you were issued a refund for your order because you were not sent the correct order.  You then decided you wanted to ship the order directly to the other customer who's order was mixed up with yours & you were also refunded for that amount as well.  On top of this, you still received an order AND extra merchandise to make up for the mixup with order.  I'm sorry you had a less than pleasant experience, but I feel you were compensated well with a refund on your order, an order still shipped, and an additional order with extra items shipped.  Have a wonderful day.  Amyturvu@hotmail.com

Please everyone be aware Nala Grace changed her name to Hairbow Princess and yesterday her name was Heather and same exact pictures and site as Nala Grace and I e-mailed her and wrote me a long e-mail i do not believe and now today her name is rose on the same site.  Please don't order from either site you won't receive your order and lose your money.  Careful everyone.  I am still trying to get a refund for my almost $50 i paid this woman in February. she is not honest, don't believe anything she says.

NalaGrace.com has officially been SHUTDOWN.  If you did not receive your merchandise, call your credit card company & tell them  you want to open a dispute because you never recieved your merchandise. 
You WILL be issued a refund after about a week of the case being open unless she can prove that the merchandise was shipped.  It is as simple as that!!
