Nala Grace Still have not received my order Internet

 I ordered some bows off of Nala Grace web site, and still haven't received them. I ordered on August 11 2010, I was aware that they were handmade and could take up to 4-6 weeks. It is now October 31 2010, its been almost 3 months, and still nothing!! I have sent many of emails asking if my items have been shipped, and asking if I could have a refund, and all I get is the same message over and over again saying     "I *believe* it was do to weight error, either way I have verified your address with the same shipping address you supplied me when you made your purchase and have it repackaged to have it picked up by our courier, keep an eye out!)   Not to mention the weird emails i get with that message of other people complaining. On their website it says that your messages will not be shared with 3rd parties. I have also checked my shipping status on their website and it says that they are still on my order.
