I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau's Online Complaint System.

Complaint Description: Placed an order on December 30, as of today February 15 the order has not been received. Business owner does not answer attempts to contact. Placed order on www.nalagrace.com for multiple hair pieces on December 30, 2010. Paid with a Visa credit card online. Received a confirmation of purchase email immediately after purchase. Order number xxxxxxxx. I emailed both nalagrace@gmail.com & flowerstobows@gmail.com on February 4, 2011 inquiring about the status of my order. No response received. Emailed again, as well as filling out a "contact us" direct email on the nalagrace.com website on February 14, 2011. No response. Business website has no contact information, no phone number or location to write to. I had to research on the internet for business location via domain registration. Order status as of today reads "on order". 
DO NOT BUY FROM NALAGRACE.COM---- IT IS A SCAM AND THE PRODUCT WILL NEVER COME.

NalaGrace.com has officially been SHUTDOWN.  If you did not receive your merchandise, call your credit card company & tell them  you want to open a dispute because you never recieved your merchandise.
You WILL be issued a refund after about a week of the case being open unless she can prove that the merchandise was shipped.  It is as simple as that!!
