Name Secure Network Solutions Lying cheats, complete rip off Herndon Virginia
they were the registrar for my business domain name for several years, recently the hosting company notified me they were closing down and I would need to change to a different host. Bad news but not crippling could easily be fixed just change hosting companys. Usually easy right not if Namesecure is your registrar wont unlock for transfer, will not respond to emails, no phone numbers for contact. My Web business has been down almost a month now trying to get this resolved.
Do Not use Namesecure or partner Network solutions!

Try using the telephone number. I know they are hard to deal with when needing contact. Also I work at Network Solutions and even though originally NameSecure was a sister company, it no longer is. NetSol has no connection to NameSecure at all. Anything that must be done has to be through NameSecure.
