1. BREACH OF CONTRACT.
That on the dates of 4/01/2013 -04/02/2013- 04/06/2013 my deposits were giving to Albert Bell realtor representing the owner for the subject premises ,103-21 169street Jamaica NY 11433 Apt #1. I submitted $4500.00Cash on the dates that was above mentioned for the signing of the lease on 5/1/2013. That on such date the owner was not reachable suing this whole percedure I haven't had contact with owner.
