I ordered merchandise from this online company on or around October 9th.  I received an order confirmation saying the merchandise would not be shipped until october 24th which was my first clue that this is a rip off.

Their impressive website looks like they have items to ship.  They do not.  They do not stock anything. They are "drop shippers" placing an order to their suppliers AFTER you have placed an order with Nana's. 

I was to receive another confirmation email when the merchandise had been shipped.  As yet I have never received this confirmation. 

I have called nana's - they do not answer the phone during business hours, they do not return my phone calls or respond to messages left.

I have found negative remarks about this company on miniature forums - same complaints, merchandise not shipped, unable to contact by phone or email, don't return phone calls.

Do not do business with Nana's Miniatures.
