Townsend over a period of 15 years stole my sole and separate real property ownership to provide an unfair benefit or gain to not only herself but to my ex-husband as well, who had already financially abused me throughout a 13 year marriage. Townsend abused her authority, under color of law and, the Court didn’t care. Townsend has successfully stolen my home that I solely paid for, for over 25 years and then, stole my equity, without ever having any right or evidence to even make a claim. Townsend had the court adjucate a community prop ownership when a community property ownership never even existed. Townsend had the court make orders to have my net proceeds derived from her fraudulent sale made payable to her attorney client trust account solely to enable her willful misappropriation of my proceeds and she had these orders made without my consent or agreement, without ever having any signed instructions from me. I’m now living in an apartment, unable to work a full time job knowing that I’ll be homeless soon, because the proceeds that Townsend stole represented my entire life’s savings.
