E-mail site guaranteed Dachschund Training Book which would help you with training your dachschund and housebreaking. Special offer price was 29.95. When I paid my money and went on the website expecting to read a "book", the material I found was limited information that I could have obtained from my local libarary or vet. Expressing my disappointment, I e-mailed them to cancel my membership to the site and asked for a refund of my money. I received an e-mail back stating I needed to follow specific instructions to receive a refund or cancel. I was told to send an email to address@dogtraininginstitute.com

When I did this I received the address of a person in India and was told that I was to write this person include the paypal name and account number used. When I expressed this concern to Paypal they said to write to the address to request a refund but to only give them my name and e-mail address as that is what they would send them as identification for my payment.

I also phoned the Los Angeles phone number and a man with an Indian sounding accent answered the phone with just a "hello" and when I inquired about the dog training institute he stated he was only the technical support person and asked me to call back in the morning when someone would be there. I asked him why I had to request a cancellation and refund from an address in India he stated that that was their back office. Since then I have done more research on the internet and found several websites for different breeds of dogs listing Nancy Richards as the director. There are three different pictures of people claiming to be Nancy Richards. Although they may all be the same person (I can't really tell - all different poses and different hair styles but the same mouth features and eyebrows - you would have to look at the websites and judge for myself. I tend to think at least two of them are different people.

Paypal told me I could file a claim with internet fraud or the FBI fraud department but I am not sure of what I am going to do yet. I just want to make other people aware of what a ripoff this website is and not to waste their money.

Thank you for reporting the Nancy Richards dog training website. I almost took up a membership myself but I noticed something in the way this website was set out and worded so did not proceed and decided to google her name and found this site. Several months ago I found a very informative and sensible website about all dog training, Adam Katz, Dogproblems.com which I did a fair bit of research and ended up joining and downloaded a large amount of information for all dogs to be trained and found it very informative and the methods Adam uses do work. I have two Staffordshire Bull Terriers and it works on them and they are 2 1/2 and 2 years old. So if you really want to spend your money wisely, go to dogproblems.com, I can highly recommend it. As with all information you download, it is no use if you don't read it and follows the methods, it does take time but is well worth it. You can also view Adam katz training methods on YouTube for free which will give you a good indication of how he works. Good Luck and I greatly appreciate the feedback on these rip-off companies. Regards Amanda.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I received a refund from this company. I did have to write to the address in India to obtain the refund. It took awhile but they did respond.
